BRUBelt “Flexibility and strength” are the main attributes of the steel rope-armored flat polymer belts. The parallel arrangement of the fine steel ropes allows the compact – and thus cost-effective - design of the drive and reversing systems. The abrasion-resistant polymer coating increases the service life of the ropes and simultaneously protects them against harmful environmental influences.

We supply appropriate terminal connectors in a variety of designs for connection to existing systems. The materials used are corrosion-resistant.
Rope Systems Made From Solid Polymer Rods The polymer inserts are the core of a steel rope. As a dimensionally stable centre inside, around which the strands are wound, they are used to support the outer rope layers evenly. Compared to conventional natural fiber inserts, the synthetic inserts make an essential contribution towards increasing the service life of a steel rope.
Coated Steel Ropes At the customer’s request, we can coat any steel ropes using our heavy-duty thermoplastic polymers.
