The General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery (GTC) apply to all legal relationships (offers, contract negotiations, contracts) between Brugg Kabel AG/Brugg Kabel Manufacturing AG and its customers. These govern the sale and delivery of products or work and the performance of services by Brugg Cables.
