The Brugg Cables Academy encompasses professional development courses for talent management and hosts specialized training for customers and industry partners across the global energy sector.  

Our know-how makes your projects successful. All training courses are delivered at our Swiss headquarters in Brugg, at our international offices, on-site at customer premises. Each program includes both theory-based instruction and practical hands-on elements, ensuring participants gain comprehensive understanding and real-world skills they can apply immediately in the field.

Expansion of our global training network: New training hubs in Suzhou and Dubai 

In order to keep pace with the continuous growth of our company and the increasing demand for installation and service, we are systematically expanding our global training network. With our decentralised training hub concept, we ensure the highest quality of training worldwide, reduce travel expenses and, at the same time, strengthen our operational flexibility through regionally based training centres under central coordination. 

We have set the first milestone with the opening of our state-of-the-art training centre in Suzhou, China. As a regional hub, the location supports the markets in the Far East and Australia with practical installation and product training, intensive knowledge transfer and cross-functional cooperation. 

The next important step is now the new training centre in Dubai. The Dubai hub serves as a central hub for the Middle East, North Africa and parts of Asia. Here, too, the focus is on state-of-the-art equipment, realistic training environments and expert knowledge – for the targeted development of employees, partners and customers. 

Both locations are part of our strategic plan to establish a total of four training hubs worldwide. These investments underscore our long-term commitment to technical excellence, customer focus and sustainable growth.
